TAKRAF Bags New HPGR Success
TAKRAF announces the recent receipt of an important project award for the supply of two High-Pressure Grinding Rolls (HPGRs).
The machines will be manufactured in TAKRAF's specialized workshop in Lauchhammer. Each HPGR incorporates rolls with a diameter of 1 800 mm and a weight of more than 50 tons each.
Two variable frequency drives provide the power to process more than 1 000 tons per hour. This project marks an important milestone in respect of TAKRAF's efforts to further advance within the comminution equipment market.
