TAKRAF’s dry and semi-dry de-sox systems employ Simatek’s dry flue gas cleaning process and are employed in a wide range of biomass plants, waste incinerators and boiler applications.

DSI dust suppression systems offer the driest form of dust suppression available as only the dust is wet and not the material. As a result, this results in significantly lower water consumption levels and no significant wetting of the product (typically less than 0.05% by volume).

Elex electrostatic precipitators are the most economical system currently available for the removal of dust from industrial gases at temperatures of up to 400 ºC.

TAKRAF’s reverse pulse bag filters handle flow rates from 0,5m3/s to 100m3/s and enable the economical collection of dust at high filter rates with collection efficiencies greater than 99,99%.

DSI DustTamer™ wind screen systems are designed to drastically reduce wind velocity and particles within a defined environment, thus minimizing fugitive dust emissions from sources such as material stockpiles, stacking conveyors, truck, rail or loader dump pockets, vibrating screens, grizzlies, conveyor transfer points and load out silos.
